THE TRUE LIFE STORY AND PROFILE OF THE RAISING EWE WORSHIPPER EFO PAUL ATSU.

Atsu Paul Desiaɖenyo is a Ghanaian worshipper who comes from the Volta Region of Ghana, popularly known by his stage name Efo Paul Atsu. Born On the 20th March, 1993. He founded EPAM ministry ( Efo Paul Atsu Music Ministry). He is passionate about promoting the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through Godly Ewe songs to the world and generations .

His father is The late Ernest John Banaman Wlui from Mafi-Aklamador and his mother is Monica Homadi from Sogakope Bakpo. Efo Paul Atsu is the second male child to his parents and the last Born to his mother.

Efo Paul Atsu started his basic education at Mafi Devime under the care of his late grandmother Awusi Atitsusi from Mafi-Tumforkope/Devime Where Efo Paul Atsu started his musical life.

Efo Paul Atsu started music in the Evangelist Temple (Bryant Mission) of Ghana. Devime Branch with the Brass Band Group in the church at the early age of 12, as one of the horns players.

After his basic school in the village, Efo Paul left to his mother's place at Accra where he has the opportunity to further his music life with other churches in Accra. He later switched from Brass instrument to Keyboard. He was very passionate and spiritual so he had the opportunity to play Worship with some few famous musicians at that time which help him grow his experiences abit more .

He later arrived from Accra to further his education at Mepe St. Kizito Senior High Technical School where he gain more knowledge in music as a student.

After completing his secondary education, he decided to join the Ghana military Service as a musician. But three men of God who he knew from nowhere on several occasions told him he is not meant for Ghana Military like he had planned, but rather to do the work of God or to be a servant of God.

He did not believe the men of God since he still insist to join the military. But to his outmost surprise, he was disqualified by Ghana military on medical grounds that he is having hernia, but to his surprise, the first and second test did not prove but the third one says he has hernia.

He now went back to the servant of God and ask about what to do next and the man of God said to him "Go and settle down and serve under any true man of God and the Lord will instruct him on what you will do"

Efo Paul Atsu came back to settle at Mepe where he started fellowshipping with the church of Pentecost and later meet this Servant of the Lord Called Prophet S.A Elisha. Founder of Jesus is Lord Church of Nations (Sogakope)

He felt in love with him from the very first day and later submitted to his guidance and counselling on how his musical career must go.

Efo Paul Atsu plays keyboard, Bass Guitar, Handles the sound in church and sing occasionally but not every day.

Efo Paul never celebrated his birthday since he was born so, he planned of celebrating it in a grand style but instead, the Lord spoke to him to go and minister at a radio station a week to his birthday celebration.

Through the help of former Volta Music Gospel award winning artist Min. Elolo Dzakpata, he had the chance to minister at a radio station in Adidome called DELA RADIO 105.7fm in the Central Tongu district of the Volta region of Ghana. On the 20th of March, 2021 that was his birthday. Efo Paul Atsu was hosted by a humble presenter known as DJ RALPH. The atmosphere was filled that day with inspirational and spirit filled worship songs at DELA RADIO.

The power of God manifested that day and multitude of souls were set free, the sick were healed by the power of worship in the name of God.

After the worship encounter, the management has given Efo Paul Atsu the chance to come again and minister on the 3rd of April, 2021. By the power of God, the atmosphere was ablaze with sweet centered worship again and a kidnapped child has been found through the declaration of minister Efo Paul Atsu.

Management has given Efo Paul the opportunity to minister again on the 8th May, 2021 where God healed someone suffering from stroke many years ago instantly and that was the day Efo Paul Atsu got his single song entitled “Manor Agbe Nawo” meaning (I will live for you). Since the, he is always welcomed at Dela Radio 105.7fm to come and minister to their cherish listeners.

With that endorsement from the management of Dela Radio, Efo Paul Atsu now gain the recognition where he has been called by many media houses to lead souls to the throne room of God. Example, ITV. Kasoa Accra, Ewe24 TV. Akatsi, ANA fm. Juapong, Freedom Fm. Sogakope, Sela Radio. Dabala, Kaleawo Fm. Akatsi, Revival Radio. Tadzevu, Denyigba Radio. Dzodze and many more.

These are some of the media houses that call upon Efo Paul Atsu to lead followers to the presence of God and it's all ended glorious to the name of God .

Along the way, God initiated a live worship event through Efo Paul Atsu with the Theme: MY WORSHIP MUST REVIVE . An event that brings Worshippers together to worship and revive the body of Christ. The third edition of this wonderful events has already happened.

Since it has become an annual event, we shall be looking forward for more editions of it .

Efo Paul Atsu is now one of the powerful Ministers when we talk of worship and he is really influencing the youth of this current generations with his Worshiping gift on both social media and our local communities in his local language "EWE"

The entire Christian fraternity and other bigger organizations can't just do without his fireworks ministrations .

His live Worship songs which he always produced from his personal record label(EPA RECORDS) by the help of his sister in Christ Deaconess Forgive Atitsogbey-Midza, amends broken heart everyday and work in the life of many souls all the time .

In September 2023, Efo Paul Atsu got married to his partner in ministry Sodey Mary who is also a very powerful lady minister who works with him all the time.

In March 2024, Efo Paul Atsu released him first musical album with the title 'Mawu Deka Album' which mean (One God) were he features his lovely wife (Sodey Mary) on it.
